MSRV Storefront Monitor processes only the data needed to provide storefront monitoring: the shop domain, monitoring configuration, selected public storefront URLs, alert email address, encrypted Shopify access token, and screenshots and diagnostic evidence generated by a check.
We do not collect checkout data, payment data, customer profiles, or customer orders. The service never publishes a theme, changes storefront content, submits contact forms, or enters checkout.
Monitoring evidence is retained for up to 30 days. Installation data and associated evidence are deleted when Shopify sends an uninstall or shop-redact request. Data access and deletion requests can also be sent to storefront-monitor@msrv.tech.
